They are not making a profit. They claim to be now producing enough to cover their operating costs, by which I have assumed they mean the expenses of the mining operation itself. So that's mining plus milling plant operations have just started being covered by production.
I don't know how much of the expensive and ongoing development they are covering with production, but they are not paying for exploration with production yet, I believe. That is, I believe the company overall is still running at a loss, and the Dec Qtr report will show..

That is with an ore processing rate of 50 tpd, but they hope to expand to 100 tpd, as you say.

The crushed grade has often been below 1 oz and the 4 0zs crushed that you give as the upper limit would be just for an isolated batch here or there
