Michunyon this isn't a spin-off, the company basically purchased the entirety of Cazaly Resource's gold tenements in the Goldfields. They have done some drilling and to date have had some very healthy hits. It has also come to light that a quick start, small scale gold production scenario could be achieved at some point during 2008. I hold and look forward to forthcoming announcements.
