Have a look at EVG. They did a feasibility study on their tailings project in the Dominican Republic which was based on $650 US/oz. This will be commissioned by Feb 09. Market Cap of approx $20 m, $10 m profit pa. This is run by Brian Johnson who set Portland Mining up, it will be a medium size compnay in the future and is only as microcap. Once their first project is up and running, this company would support IMO, a market cap of 80 million or so roughly four times the current share price. Profits will probably be enhanced by a rising gold price. Indeed the feasibility study from which the $10 m profit estimate was derived is out of date, They also have other projects which will come on line at the end of 2009 and 2010.
