Norwest Energy places 3.29m shares at 8c each

Sydney - Friday - December 27: (RWE) - Norwest Energy NL has
agreed to place about 3.29 million shares at 8c each.
The balance of the placement will be issued on clearance of
funds.
Proceeds from the placement will be used for general working
capital and to further the company's exploration efforts.
Norwest Energy traded steady at 9.1c today.
