re: junior oilers 17/18 may for russellfji I don't follow STO at all whiteyg but if you have a look at the last few days of action on STO and OSH (moving strongly in opposing directions) then you could do worse than speculate that the movements of these two stocks may be the result of speculation doing the rounds re STO looking at OSH as a potential takeover target.
