I agree with you - NWE has great leverage. The slight problem right now is that there is nothing available below 9.7c at present. This should change with trading tomorrow perhaps. There is a huge gap between buy and sell at present.
NWEOA available however at 3.2c which is quite reasonable provide the drilling program goes well.
