    Yep why does anyone buy anything? Its when they perceive benefits outweigh the cost.

    A few years back Talison couldn't get a start on ASX with quite a modest valuation, so went TSX.

    Now someone's paying $815m for it. The good thing for Galaxy holders is that this sets a benchmark valuation for comparison, the two companies have a number of similarities.
