There is an opportunity in this market for majors to provide seed capital or project financing to higher risk early phase projects or bankable projects that would normally been able to access cheap bank finance/equity options on their own.
But agree on other points, theres alot of mutts being dressed up as pure breeds and taken for a stroll on the asx....
