Ouch this company is crashing-14c today with no buying support, they could easily drop to 7c considering Kiernan left TTy with $50million of unnecessary debt.
Are TTY insolvent?

Micheal kiernan is facing a multi million dollar lawsuit over his claimed promotion of collapsed gold play Monarch Gold.

Mineral resources is sueing Kiernan claiming he persuaded the company to invest in Monarch.

In documents filed in WA Supreme Court, Mineral claims Mr Kiernan breached his fiduciary duty. Mineral says Kiernan was acting in 'advancing his own interests as opposed to the interests of the plaintiff'.

Wonder why TTY have not launched Legal Action and if they are about too. Perhaps the Directors are still mates with him.

Rummours on ALE thread are that ASIC is investigating MK over 'market manipulation' and 'inside trading'.
