I am a little puzzled by a few of your comments savadamoney !

For instance you say "What they may have wanted is the quarry business to provide some cash flow and Nicholson did not wish to relinquish that"

I am fairly sure that Jk had indicated in a release at some stage that GN was a willing seller of the whole operation. I can remember it was spoken about at the time (either by Jk or some RAU posters) as being useful since it was a going concern and would provide ongoing cashflow straight away.

Also you say :" Look, I dont know whether anything untoward has occurred but the details published in the article posted by partridge seems to detail a strange set of circumstances "

I am not sure what you see in that article that represent a "strange set of circumstances"
Can you alert me to the things in the article that you consider match those "set of circumstances"

Mind you there are things in the article that I find a little astray from my reading of the situation. But please indicate what you think is important>
