Interesting to say the least.

It doesn't take too much maths to work out that Nicholson has settled for a lot less money.

Even with the royalty Icon have set in place, he will still be way out of pocket!

Yes, he gets to keep his quarry business, which he WANTED to sell, and will have to work that business for the next 10 years to come out with the same nett cash in pocket that RAU were offering him in cash and shares alone!

Weird and beyond understanding!

Of course Icon have only signed a heads of agreement so far, which in their view N can't get out of...I wonder if that's quite as sure as they hope? Nothing would surprise me on that score with the guy they are dealing with.
