maybe my thoery orbis won't suport MDT is wrong.... A strong point... glad I red hotcopper.... Simons point about trading 50% OF NTA is a good one. however CER are paying distrobutions and MDT have stated they will not in this FY. Hopefully that will change. Glad to see a big name putting their support behind MDT I hold my stock and have not sold. Its hard to say at this point wether I will try to average down. I need to see my bank manager I hold enought stock in this I can't do it from free capital. Im Averaged at 10c pretty hard to throw more money at it with a 5.5c stock price. Thou the offer is at well below NTA. I believe down the tract A-REIT's will track above NTA as they did before the market crashed.
Its hard to take a loss and buy more but i suppose I do still believe in MDT and Think even if there was a buyout from EPN it would have to be above 5.5c before MDT value dived they where 30% leveraged. If those value where to come back with asset sales and cap raising they would be looking at aquasticisions, Long term some times is harder to look at but a lot easier to make money. If only we could rent some of these single boxes wed be laughing. still earnings at 1c are well above my 10/1 ratio and NTA at 50% in the worst market in the US ever. Maybe I should see my bank manager. We got screwed but not all is bad. If your looking for ST this is not the place to be but 2 - 3 year this has got to pay big time.
