So true rabbitoh. I was just talking to a gold junior investor who is bailing out today! He's pissed off that he went into a gold junior when he could have put the money into another of his favourites -AOE - and done very well. He's going to reinvest in energy etc. He's lost money but thinks he can make it up on other stocks. I suspect this story could be re-told again and again.
Even so this does mean that those who bail out at these crazily low prices make the shares even cheaper for those who believe they will come good.
