today was the 2nd time i had to tell the same person not to put circulars in my letterbox.
there is a very clear sign on it saying NO CIRCULARS.
the person delivering the circulars was intellectually disabled.
is this their latest tactic to pump out their advertising, since there is lot of similar signs on letterboxes now?
