    the timeframe for the next cap raising is the variable.

    it will take months to finalise the booking of reserves from the current program.

    the hope is that early next drilling season,after jpr has booked reserves,they can go to london and fund the next big drill at well over 6 cents.

    they don't have to dilute to drill to make the company,they can grow the company cheaply in the near term by booking reserves.
