The proposal:
"Under a cash-and-shares alternative, Jupiters shareholders would receive 24 Tabcorp shares and A$285 cash for every 100 Jupiters shares, plus a special dividend of 75 cents per Jupiters share."
Let's say you own 100 Jupiters shares at cmv $6.42, and Tabcorp share current price $10.89.
Tabcorp is going to give you $621.36 for $642 worth of shares.
Did I get the math right?
