FIRB is subject to a third party decision. Unlike the confidential negotiating process all the details are now known by all but the government decision re FIRB approval is not known.

Any blackout should be within the FIRB.

Like we have discussed, any future projects in the pipeline are all subject to a positive FIRB decision so the CEO is speculating like the rest of us.
