Yes, this gives a great confidence. I was expecting this and said my friends (I even told that to my wife to give her more confidence about MEO) that we would see Jurgen's share purchase anns. in next week and that would be a confirmation of good news soon.

Jurgen paid 26c for those 200k shares this time.

MEO was traded @26c for a very short time period on Friday when everything was collapsed. That means that Jurgen or his broker was watching the stock market very carefully in that period and bought it immediately. It opened at 26c at 10.05am then traded at 25c and 25.5c a fair bit till 10.14am. Then it was traded at around 26c till 11.37am. Jurgen didnt buy at 25c-25.5c mark. That also shows that even Jurgen was expecting buy cheaper than 25c as he knows the sentiment on the market. When it turned up, he bought at 26c as the price never come back to 26c after 11.37am.

    GOOD ON YOU JURGEN.

    James33247,

I think your comment about "but the downside is, the more they keep buying it means that FIRB approval will be further away" is not correct. That was a great buying opportunity for anyone, and Jurgen took this opportunity as he is like one of us in the market. That shows me that FIRB approval is nearly certain however I can't speculate about its time.
    Cheers
