ASXHITMAN

I rang ASIC and they sussed it out good and said they can do it what they did. I am mad as hell also but they can defer it, not pay it...basically do anything they want.

I lost a heap on this one. Not only a solid divi but the share collapsed below the 2.1 c dividend price it was trading at when I bought it to get the divi.

Its a solid scam what the company did...but they are still within ASIC's / ASX rules.

I have tried calling / email so many times with zero response.

I have no respect for them and wouldn't touch their shares.

May 2009....the divi to be paid? Yeah right...they will probably just cancel it or defer it another 10 years. Full of cr@p company who is definately in trouble and probably will not make till end of next year imo.
