Bionic i believe this will come down to the point of whether they have the right to defer a debt owed.
I believe they do not.I believe the common law and corporations act is clear.And if they have a constitution that says they can then I believe the constitution is invalid because it is contrary to the Law.
If they are insolvent as a result of paying then so be it.but this will be put to a Court of Law to decide.
