a way to get a quicker action, would be to issue a statutory demand - i think its 459G of the Corps Act (but check), they have 21 days to either cough up the money or apply to the court to have the demand set aside. trouble is if they do apply to court its the supreme court and if you go down you are looking at some fairly serious costs orders. I am still mulling it over myself.
