Racism & homophobia are amongst many other attributes are also considered undesireable in a Jury.

Everybody probably thought I was phyco that day in court(about 2 hours).

Crazy as a fox :) hehe.

I was self employed at that time & mainly dealing in cash(pre-gst), time off work was not an option.

The funny thing is that I had wanted to do Jury Duty for years & never got called up until a very unnappropriate time.

If you tell the court you are "unstable" but they "force" you to go with "threats" of a fine & you do go & then "snap", the court will be liable.
