Well the lack of certainty will drive her crazy as she may not even get called . Turn up the get challenged etc etc etc
But yes is a civic duty and if you can i believe you should do it. But dont begrudge those that dont as many reasons not to.. I also think they should hand out a bit more money for it though because it does inconvenience you quite a bit.
