just because the placement price is 18 cents doesn't mean it can't drift lower
look what happened to stb - a sophisticate paid 31 cents for a placement only to see it drift to 15 cents...
how did so many people know a placement was going to be done back when it was trading 30 - 40 cents some smarties were predicting 20 cents -- this smells
