Health concerns? Not sure that I could agree with that one, otherwise you would then be saying that all Alreco employees are exposed to toxic waste....Hmmmm, don't think so.
IMO it would be a bonus for the region, it would provide employment and bring money into the local economy during the building and operating phases.
