I think you are incorrect ie crazy ron is not so crazy!
I know of several private equity takeovers and of others where one shareholder owns the vast majority of shares that they are totally in control of the Company. Jamie Packer for one and definetly others.
If C Yue offered me $5 for each NTU share I own I for one would grab the offer!
