One thing that pricked my interest is the conservative estimates on the future gold price.

I'd be interested to see how the numbers play out with an AUD $2,000 average gold price in 2012 and AUD $2,500 average gold price in 2013 (as I think most who are investing in gold mining equities don't think those are unreasonable or far fetched), particularly given the likely macro-economic picture over the next few years.
