Tripster, I have to disagree with you there, is it not the case that the whole world is currently down the gurgler because they have overvalued assets, leveraged themselves to the s/house and just been downright greedy.

Take it as it comes, if the numbers work at a lower gold price then anything over and obove that can only be a surprise and a bonus.
