TU for your post. I was wandering for months why were these stupid announcements made by NC about 97% 98% etc. Perhaps he wanted not to embarrass their Government. But that exactly what he should have done a long time ago. In addition, he should have announced a long time ago that Lynas undertakes to export all the waste as useful products. This would have taken care of most of SMSL arguments. Why he tried to bargain on this important subject - beats me. Another error: the missing community advantages having Lynas there.
All these points were included in the recent proclamation. But I regret it took him so long to realize that, which was obvious to any body with common sense. As I say, time is a good teacher even for NCs.
