In respect to quote about BHP being in attendance at the site:

Is it possible that the project has been put up for offer to interested parties, those interested parties visited the site as a group (hence the photo) and BHP decided it wasn't "up their alley" and left it for NSL.

Making the BHP quote in the release nothing more than a hollow attempt to suggest that BHP sniffing around and want in on the project?
