the price trading range before the dusters was factoring in a big commercial find after 120 failed the 105 was last hope ..i personally do not se any value now it was a speculative gamble on oil and gas discovery in vietnam ..it was a potential 5-10 bagger ,, now its, a maybe it will bounce 20% -30% . hell even jbh or wow might go up 20% so why would one touch neon now / over sold or not i just do not se the attraction .. they will most likely need capital at some point yes they have cash flow us assets and they might get some value in selling assets but buying in now for a bounce makes no sense to me cause it could fall much further next week
