"Phase 2 commissioning almost complete".
Surely they wouldnt say that if the pipes and valves on Phase 2 needed replacing also.
Its the only small positive I can glean from this regurgitated rubbish served up uo us.
Maybe,Phase 2 will be name plate operational before Phase1?
