I'm not asking any opinion, I'm just trying to understand your point. By the time I was on "buy" mode last year my equation was something like this:

I buy avg 5c - assets sales (DBCT mainly) is feasible - Reinstatement of Dividends by late 2009, early 2010 - Corporate Debt removed mid 2009/late 2009 - SPARC converted on sp avg 40c-50c, BEPPA not converted until 2012 sp 80c - 90c.

I don't believe that any (not even a single one) of the abovementioned statements is feasible now. Do you?
