With all due respect to Mr Meloncelli, he called me a minute after I sent him an email. He couldn't and didn't go into any specifics regarding the current negotiations but he and the new look board are well aware of sh frustrations. The transaction they are working on should address our current balance sheet issues. He emphasised the quality of the current board, the reduction of costs, and that he is here to stay.
No breaking news, but it gives me more confidence and I'm looking forward to the next major announcement.
