You cant mine cobalt for cobalt. There are no pure cobalt mines out of child labour ridden Congo Republic.
Cobalt is only sourced as a bi-product of other mineral mining projects. Price needs to rise alot more.
In other words, not one of these pure cobalt plays will ever mine the resource they find.
