Just a note to my previous post and IMO only.

Waiting until after the election refers to Vic Gov related plans on -

* ALDP project kick off(and possible associated coal allocations)
* Coal allocations to other interested parties

It does not refer to -

* Fed Gov plans for DICE as part of DA/ERF etc...
* Any Exergen news in relation to their CHTD demo, any plans with Mantle, or news to do with the deadline given by Mantle for demo progress.

The above items will follow their own timetable in line with the senate and/or Mantle/Exergen progress.
