don't take my question too seriously. It was just to stimulate some discussions but it looks like no one is interested.
It is something that has interested me for a long time as I have a general interest in time and space.
Your previous answer about reporting the event based on date, I think, from what I had noticed, is how reporters "overcome" this problem faced by us all in this age of instant communication, when something happens at one place it can be read or heard in an instant by people at the other end of the world who may be a day behind due to the latter in a different time zone.
I have been reading your various posts. They are quite interesting and, if I may say so, I think you are a fairly knowledgeable person.
