The vote on the board will be what it will be, but it doesn't mean it's necessarily over if enough shareholders think there's still too many problems. The board will undoubtedly address shareholders at the AGM and if they don't have the right answers regardless of this vote the way forward could still be unpleasant.

This company is owned by all of us and we all want it to succeed, the correct governance is crucial to our success and that means it's not just ok to have oversight committees of the board appointed to the appropriate areas but necessary especially after they've gotten their commentary so wrong over the last couple of years, to me this means they need help.

It's simple, if your happy about what was said and what was achieved then vote them back in, if your not happy with what's happened then have your say.
