I respectfully disagree.

a. I don't believe leopards change their spots and

b. the vast majority of the board were in place when the obscenities took place


hence - they actually have a job to do -- it's called governance

and, I didn't see a lot of that going on at all


I see correction in remuneration - but, I see that happened because of shareholder pressure - if that pressure wasn't there - there would have been no adjustment.

I for one, cannot want a board in place that allowed such very obvious obscenity in the first place and also allowed it to continue ----
along with other very clear goings on that were known by many shareholders - but, the board sailed on in total ignorance.

All the while the SP just dropped or languished and STILL IS
