    Great post. But I don't think "most shareholders are expecting a cash offer of $100M+." I think the consensus is $40-60m. Some of us dreamed of more, but I think we've backed down from those dreams. Currently, I'm guessing $45m (20c) plus lots of juicy sweeteners.
