I share your concerns, however realise as per @FullMoonFever previous posts, we can do nothing but wait and expect that product and business progress is first priority regardless of internal politics.
That damming response indicates ~as you say; that board WBT representation is essential to ensure knowledge and technical awareness of the product are forefront with those making decisions. I wonder if this will occur? and l do wish so. Should it not, there is opportunity for those (and us) to vote down resolutions that pertain to such....it could event that WBT holders seek power via such a move....l would expect that several of WBT holders also have major holdings in NXR as insurance. If l was invested in such a deal l know i would have taken such a position.
I do think that there is lots more to this story to be revealed and to come.
Its nice to see your return to posting, l wondered if your removed post was caused by other knowledge or just reaction to way of wording of TH.
Bring on Monday, but i sincerely hope today as there will be oodles of info thst will need much digestion
