For those that either have lost sight of the fact of RED's fundamental valuation based on Siana alone plus cash excess to capex (AUD19 million approx), at various gold prices:
[10% discount rate, Ag = US$16 (current US$16.95)]
Current gold price US$1,100 - 30.2 cents per share
US$1,050 - 27.8 cps
US$1,000 - 25.3 cps
This confirms the absolute discount that RED is enduring at present, and BEFORE the start of first production any discount to gold price valuation will turn into a PREMIUM!
This is irrespective of Mapawa success or not.
This means RED is CHEAP IMO!
