Redman, its a strange market right now. Normally with this sort of news TSV would already be 5 or 6 or more. There was a lot of selling today, but it will slowly diminish over the week, so a good chance to see 4. Then the next high impact item will be the next report.If we get good increases in gasflow then we should see 5 or 6 sometime next week. Then there will be the brokers/analysts who have finally woken up and see the big potential and start promoting the stock.
Generally people seem less willing to take a bit of risk which is understandable given that they have probably been given a pretty severe haircut in recent times, and Kev is about to hand out another one tonight.
The thing is that the risk with TSV is getting less by the day and the potential upside makes the risk/reward equation very attractive so this is a great chance for a portfolio recovery all in one hit.
