IAS is not a stock I would put your money in little less my own but for what its worth I pass this on to the forum.

A contact of mine is an active participant in the betting industry (principal of a firm) and not a sharetrader. But he tells me that over the last couple of months there has been much talk quietly of corporate action in IAS either to merge with/acquire another firm, or to take it private.

Make of it what you will but the price certainly spiked on it last month and he reckons the plan is still running.

Remember - its a rumour, OK!!
