4. Chinese delegation were he last month
5. US technical program is doing an exclusive
6. Vic gov will get technology
7. European power stations WILL come on board
8. 15m cash at their disposal

Need I go On and on and on... Marko... Do some research before you make a call, and if you lost in '04 well... do some research... you may have to learn the hard way... but the question is "Will you learn at all??????"
