if you hate price ranges, what do you prefer - An extract price or No price?
If you want to pay the lowest and the seller want the higher of the range it means you will have to negotiate to find a common ground. If the seller is desperate you will get your lowest price offer. What’s wrong with a range?
A reasonable price range is, I think, the best for both buyers and sellers. It provides a space for negotiation to get a price agreeable to both parties.
An exact price indicates a seller is less likely to negotiate. And no price just pisses potential buyers off..
