As a PYC holder, I wonder IF it would not have made more sense to FIRST announce this good news about the "Technology License to Janssen Biotech" as well as first to release a shareholder update and THEREAFTER have made a new CR to sophisticated investors at a - I would strongly assume - HIGHER sp. The way the PYC management handled this, we are now after this good news - at least temporarily - still sitting sp wise around the 4c mark!? All "water under the bridge" now but I do not think that the sequence employed was the most logical in the sense to attract the best pricing for the CR. Comments welcome. wasa
