These moves by the board would not be necessary if the rebels were not trying to upset the applecart.

Today I spoke with a couple of shareholders who do not frequent the forum's, they only read new's articles and announcements. They told without knowing my view on the situation that they were in full support of the board and can see that they are moving forward. They believe the EGM is just an uneccesary distraction that we don't really need at this point.
As for Bob insisting that the board won't be there in two months as if it is fact, I think is a complete delusion and is setting himself up for a fall. Not a financial one though as this board will move the SP UP.
