Vil have raised 2 mil so see my theory and let me know what you think.
Cost of the first well is 1 mil. That is to be shared by vil 500k ggp 200k and the third party who I keep forgetting 300k.
Assume it is a gusher and needs to be developed I know nothing about production costs so please forgive me. Lets say it is half that of the drilling so 250k out of vils money. That takes us to 750k.
Assume we are only working off money raised that will be 2 wells developed and producing (best case scenario) for 1.5mil.
Leave 500k for admin and fees. Sign contracts for sale of oil and gas. SP will be???
