just a thought

Hi guys

I don't know why but I keep looking at mmz and am tempted to go all in. I noticed they have offices in the U.K, Asia and the U.K. More importantly however, if I am right their contract with sensis ends on 1/3/10 only a few weeks away. What to ake of it who knows?????

The Board of Mooter Media Limited (ASX: MMZ) today announced that the Company had entered into a Contextual Advertising Services Agreement with Sensis for the supply of Mooters contextual advertising services to Sensis and related websites.

Under the Agreement, Mooter granted Sensis an irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Mooter Advertising Solution for the term of 2 years, commencing on 1 March 2008. Sensis recently completed a trial of Mooters services, and with the benefit of that experience - the current agreement has been entered into with a view to maximising advertiser performance and customer page yields from Sponsored Listings served to Sensis or related company webpages.

The Sponsored Listings are derived from the Sensis pay-for-performance advertising service, currently known as BidSmart, and any other paid listings sourced by Sensis from a third party provider.

The Advertising Solution provided by Mooter to Sensis is a part of the Mooter adVantage Platform, which:

contextually analyses a webpage on which the Mooter Content Page Script has been installed,
derives Keywords using various targeting inputs, including the content of that page,
behaviourally optimises the keyword selection,
sends the Keywords and page information to Sensis servers to call advertisements corresponding to the keywords, and
serves the advertisements to the Sensis or partner webpage.
Paul Siminsky, Mooter Media CEO, said we are pleased to be able to extend the term of our Agreement with Sensis, with whom we have been working closely for the past year or so. We expect to provide the Mooter services to Sensis and their publisher partners over increased distribution in the coming months.

Sensis is very well known in the provision of search and directory services. Through this Agreement, Sensis is able to extend its services by using Mooter to maximise
the economic performance of Sponsored Listings on Sensis and related publisher web pages.
